Shipping and Return Policy

Orders will take 1-2 business days to be processed after checkout. Orders placed after 11am on Saturday will ship beginning the following Tuesday. If there is any delay in the shipping of your order, you will receive correspondence via email.
We recycle shipping boxes as much as possible to reduce our paper trail. You will likely receive your order in a recycled box.
While our goal is to leave our customers completely thrilled with all of their purchases, returns and exchanges are available in the event that something could be better.
A customer may return a tagged, unused and unworn item with a receipt for a full refund issued to their original form of payment within 30 days on all products purchased at full price. After 30 days, any returned items meeting the above standards can be returned for a store credit.
Beyond this, any product defects should be returned direct to the manufacturer. All our products have excellent warranties.
Non-returnable items include gift cards and include all products marked down as sale or promotional items during time of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your product arrives damaged due to suspected issues en-route, please email email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges may be made for items accompanied by the original tags and receipt, and if the item is in new, unused or unworn condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 212 W Jackson Street Thomasville Georgia US 31792.
Shipping for returns/exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
